  • Download and launch the app on your mobile device
  • Enter your login credentials (provided by your organization).
  • Tap the “Login” button to access your account

2. What should I do if the app isn’t working properly?

If you encounter technical difficulties, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify your internet connection is stable
  2. Force stop and restart the app
  3. Ensure you’re using the latest version from your device’s app store
  4. Clear the app cache through your device settings
  5. If issues persist, contact our technical support team with:
    •    A description of the problem
    •    Your device model and OS version
    •    Screenshots of any error messages (if applicable)

3. How do I change my password?

  • Tap the Profile icon in the Dashboard
  • Scroll down to find the “Change Password” option
  • Enter your current password
  • Create and confirm your new password
  • Tap “Save” to update your credentials

4. How do I mark attendance?

  • Navigate to the “Mark Attendance” section
  • Select the appropriate time slot/hour
  • Mark students as present or absent using the provided options
  • Review your entries for accuracy
  • Tap ‘Submit’ to save and finalize the attendance record

5. How do I create and assign homework/assignments?

  • Select your target class from the main menu
  • Navigate to the “Assignments” section
  • Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right corner
  • Complete the assignment details:
      1.  Title
      2.  Description
      3.  Due date and time
      4.  Any additional instructions
  • Attach relevant files or resources (optional)
  • Tap ‘Submit’ to assign the work to your class

6. How do I apply for leave?

  • Open the “Leave Management” section
  • Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right corner
  • Select your leave type (e.g., sick leave, personal leave)
  • Choose the start and end dates
  • Provide a detailed reason for your leave request
  • Review your application details
  • Tap ‘Submit’ to send your request for approval
